BIG DANCER Yuriko Ito won the IDEA MEDAL at Sh’Bam!

What can we say! We know that all our BIG DANCER dance very good, so that was the great result for Yuriko Ito, former World Aerobic Champion and BIG DANCER.
After 1 day full of BIG DANCE shows at IDEA Convention in LA, CA, she just got back home with a great present for an inspiritional good work at Sh’Bam from Les Mills.
Why not? After presenting 2 BIG DANCE sessions at IDEA, she just had fun with a relaxing Sh’Bam session joining the Master Trainers from US Les Mills Faculty.
Yuriko Ito got the IDEA Medal for best dancer in the class, so it was a great ending after a long and hard work with BIG DANCE.
Just saying one thing…CONGRATULATIONS YuriChan for that body shake!

Last July 9th-10th Aerobic & Fitness and Frak held the 5th BIG DANCE New Course with a great and exciting release, coming by the hands of the World Aerobic Champions, Israel Carrasco and Jonatan Cañada, and the professional Ballroom Dancer Joana Subirana.
We introduce a fabolous program with Samba, Cha cha, Jive, Rumba, Tango, Waltz, Quickstep, Bollywood and Can can. Also introducing the Cha cha Wheel with a new concept of partner dancing.
What to say? Just Amazing. All participants were so excited for the music original soundatrck titles and the choreographies, because dances are easy and you have a lot of fun!
WOW, we were thinking, living and enjoying the MOULIN ROUGE all time. Some songs for SEX, some others for LOVE but at the end we could spend a great time with all new BIG DANCERS.
Well, congratulations to all of them, Matilde and all friends from Vitoria, that travelled from the north of the country to join us, Gemma and friends from Zaragoza that they trusted in our concept and they rock in CD José Garcés and CD Siglo XXI, and of course all other participants and BIG DANCERS that enjoy the music, dance and BIG DANCE like they never did before.
Thanks to all of you and see you in LA, IDEA Convention 2011.
