The program is based on SOCCER Sport. Get into the world of Football Club Barcelona’s Training and start a complete cardio workout, including dynamic and static strength, reaction, agility and coordination workout. Create a new class format that includes special tracks with Tabata and Canada functional trainings. If you are a fitness participant that prefers to train at your own pace more than attend sessions of group-to-music, this is you program!
C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N.S. introduces the top 50 exercises from SOCCER using or not the ball as a resistance, weight or speed equipment in order to improve your fitness condition and push your body to the top!
